You have proven what an wonderful support group Spectrum is by all the support given to our family during our time of grief due to the loss of our beloved son Blake.

Thank you to all who have shared so much love, support, prayers, meals, donations in Blake's honor to Spectrum, cards and phone messages. It is still hard to believe Blake is no longer here with us but I am committed to continuing to help families impacted by autism. Together we can all make a difference in our community!

You will need to download the form, print it out to fill it out, writing in Spectrum Autism Support Group on the optional designated contribution section. Fill in Spectrum's address: PO Box 3132, Suwanee, GA 30024. Be sure to include your complete address on the form as well. Make a copy of the completed form for your records and submit it to your company's United Way representative.
